4. Real Estate Services Disclaimer

Champagne Designs provides real estate services through a licensed Texas real estate sales agent affiliated with Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate. All real estate brokerage services are governed by the rules and regulations of the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC).

Important Notice: Texas law requires that we provide the Information About Brokerage Services (IABS) form at the first substantive discussion of a specific real property. We comply with TREC rules regarding disclosure. Real estate services are offered only in jurisdictions where the affiliated broker is licensed. No brokerage relationship is created by your use of this Site or submission of an inquiry unless and until a written agreement is executed.

All property information, listings, or references on the Site are believed accurate but are not guaranteed. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any real estate information. Always verify independently with qualified professionals before making decisions.

5. Interior Design Services Disclaimer
