South lake Revival

Originally built in a traditional suburban style, this Southlake residence was renovated to feel more architectural—cleaner lines, clearer proportions, and a quieter material story. Our involvement focused on the renovation scope and full interior design, reshaping the home’s finish language and spatial experience while working with the existing structure.

Modern finishes and a lighter palette were introduced to soften the original architecture and bring in a more refined sense of balance. Detailing was elevated throughout—material transitions, trim strategy, and selective built-ins—so the home reads intentional rather than ornamental. The plan was adjusted where possible to improve flow and create stronger sightlines, allowing the interiors to feel more cohesive and composed.

The result is a grounded, architectural renovation: refined materials, improved circulation, and a modern clarity that updates the home without erasing its scale or comfort. The result is a calm, updated retreat that honors the home’s roots while bringing it into a new era of everyday luxury.
