greenville Restoration

Set in one of Dallas’s historic Greenville neighborhoods, this luxury restoration and expansion was designed to honor what already worked—proportion, character, and architectural presence—while quietly upgrading the home for how it’s lived in today. The project added more than 1,000 square feet, carefully integrated so the original charm remained intact and the new spaces felt inevitable, not appended.

As both designer and developer, we guided the transformation end-to-end: shaping the architectural vision, refining the layout, and leading the interiors with a focus on continuity and craft. Historic details were preserved where they mattered most, while modern amenities were introduced with restraint elevating functionality without losing soul.

Finished as a seamless blend of old and new, the home reads as restored rather than reinvented: rooted in its history, and reimagined for modern life with sophisticated, livable warmth.
