Eldarica Place is a luxury new construction home in Chapel Creek, developed through a fully integrated collaboration from concept to completion. Champagne Designs was involved from the earliest planning stages aligning the architect, builder, and design vision before construction began. The home was built by Huntington Homes and approached as a cohesive architectural narrative rather than a sequence of individual selections.

Because we were engaged from day one, architecture and interior design evolved together. Floor plans were refined to support daily flow and long-term livability. Elevations and custom millwork were developed with precision. Material selections were made strategically to ensure consistency, durability, and architectural clarity throughout the home.

By coordinating architectural details, interior finishes, lighting plans, and custom cabinetry in parallel, we eliminated disconnects between design intent and construction execution. The final layer—furnishings, lighting, textiles, and styling—was curated to complement the architecture and create a finished environment that feels elevated yet livable.
